The Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across Sindh province will reopen on Tuesday at 10 pm and close on Wednesday at 6 am.
According to a spokesperson for Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), the reopening of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across Sindh, including Karachi has been delayed for 14 hours.
The CNG stations which were scheduled to reopen at 8:00 am today (Tuesday) will now reopen at 10:00 pm due to low pressure in the system.
The spokesperson further said that the decision was taken because the company is facing difficulties to meet the demand of domestic and commercial gas consumers in the Sindh province.
Leaders representing Karachi Industrial Forum and members of different textile bodies have criticised the SSGC over its failure to supply gas to industrial units and citizens are also suffered due to the gas shortage in the province.
